Tmbata Orchestra

We are happy to present first of the headliners of One Caucasus 2018: Tmbata Orchestra!

The group was founded at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies by Arik Bambir at 2013, during a musical workshop called "The Levels of Sound". The group started to perform in Armenia and abroad - including at the Folklife Festival organised by Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC and after that had a huge performance in New York City Center Hall for AGBU's 110th anniversary. Tmbata's music includes traditional Armenian folk music mixed with the folk of different countries.

The band members are from 14 to 21 years old with their artistic director Arik Bambir.
