Join the international musical adventure in Mestia and Tserakvi - co-create inter-genre music together with Internationals and Locals!
After a year of reflection and reimagining, One Caucasus returns in 2026 - bringing music, collaboration, and connection to the mountains of Mestia.
This summer, we are launching a new chapter of the One Caucasus Music Academy within the OASis project - gathering musicians from around the world to co-create, experiment, and perform together in two of the most inspiring regions of Georgia.
As part of the Academy, international artists, local bands, and young creatives will come together for an intensive week of musical exchange, collaboration, and creation - culminating in a powerful live concerts.
Duration: 9-day (August 13-22) residency leading up to two final concerts.
Concert Dates: August 20, 22 2026.
Location: Mestia, Svaneti Region (August 13-20) and Tserakvi, Marneuli Region (August 21-22)
Who we’re looking for:
We are inviting international musicians who are open to collaboration, cross-genre experimentation, and creating new music together in a unique intercultural environment.
What we offer:
- Collaboration with outstanding Georgian rhythm and horn sections, local musicians, and traditional ensembles
- Opportunity to present your own music and co-create new pieces for a final live performance
- Artist fee: €1,300 gross (equivalent to €1,040 net after 20% withholding)
- Free accommodation and meals during the residency
- Travel support included (up to €315)
- Full production support

About the OASis project (Open Art Spaces in Synergy):
A project is co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union, connecting 13 dynamic art spaces across 10 countries - including initiatives led by One Caucasus in Tbilisi and Mestia - to support artistic collaboration, mobility, and community-building.
